We had 2 club chairs and 10 DR chairs reupholstered and they are beauties! Andrew was a complete master. There were so many fabric selections, it took awhile to make a decision. We recently had some chairs recovered. It would not be possible for the office staff to have been less supportive, respectful, or accommodating. People working in the showroom were singularly dismissive and intractable. Customer service was nonexistent. We requested assistance we did not receive in choosing a fabric. After selecting a fabric at home, we returned our choice to the store to be told it was no longer available. Thus, they display discontinued samples. Why was this fabric on the floor as an option? Once we chose a fabric they actually could get, they attempted to insist we purchase more fabric than needed. The misinformation in their timeframe suits their interests rather than their customers’ requirements or requests. Why have furnishings in their shops for weeks? When the fabric arrived for which we had already paid, why not reupholster in a timely manner? Not only is this delay extremely inconvenient, this practice is rather illogical and quite incongruous. The absence of customer service, the negligence with available fabric, the rudeness and general disregard by office staff made this project quite challenging. We had both our 4 and 3 seater couches reupholstered this year and we could not have been more happier with how they turned out! Quick and beautiful work was done on our Amish framed couches they are like brand new again!

I had a wonderful experience at fabric showcase Tanya and Amy were very knowledgeable helpful and communicative. The workmanship and craftsmanship is unmatched with meticulous detail. I also appreciate that the amount of fabric estimated was very accurate and there was not much waste.I didn't spend more than I needed. I got what i paid for and could not be happier. Extra bonus that my couch is much more comfortable than it was before. It feels like a cloud! Would recommend this to anyone who has special/ Sentimental items because they will take care of you.
